In a previous post I wrote about my first impressions of the Nike Free 5.0 v4 shoes I bought. Bottom line was I liked them since they were light, flexibile, and felt really comfortable. Granted, I hadn’t ran in them yet so I couldn’t comment on how good of a running shoe they are, but if I were to guess I’d say they’d be pretty good.
