More Research Results: Shoes Bad, Barefoot Good
One of the hardest things to figure out when reading stuff on the internet is if the story or thing they are writing about is legit or not. First Run in Vibram FiveFingers Classic
For Christmas my girlfriend got me a pair of Vibram FiveFingers Classic. However, due to sizing issues and stocking issues I didn’t get them until about a week ago. I’ve been eager to go for a run in them, but haven’t had a chance…that was until tonight. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I [...]

Heel Strike Running Vs. Forefoot Running Videos
As I’ve been reading more and more research about the benefits of barefoot running (namely reduced amount of stress on the legs) the topic of heel striking and forefoot running always seems to come up. Nike Free 5.0 Outdoor Run Initial Report
I have to be honest. It’s been a while since I’ve ran. I think the last time I ran was when I first tested the Nike Free 5.0 on a treadmill as well as compared it to my normal Asics running shoes. Since I’ve been a lazy ass I decided to break out the new [...]
