I love these shoes. I'm a Personal Trainer so I spend 10 hours a day, 5 days a week on my feet and need something light, comfortable, supportive and natural feeling. I used to suffer from horrible shin splints and discomfort through my calves and knees while working and training but now that's a thing of the past. I also do Crossfit so I needed something good for lifting weights and running. These shoes have delivered! I also own a pair of Vibram's which I love but they just aren't comfortable for longer than a couple of hours and running on hard surfaces can get painful. I would recommend the Nike Free to anyone who wants to experience the benefits of barefoot running without the risk or inuring your feet.

Positively the best shoe that Nike makes is the free 5.0
Very comfortable and seems to last forever. I do 70 to 90 miles per week average and can't seem to wear down the bottoms.
Less is more

i love these shoes, I first heard about them but never thought twice until every body in my cross fit gym started purchasing them. They are so so so comfortable!
very flexible as well. I use them for cross training, lifts and mild jogging. Only problem is I think I will personally wear them out pretty fast.
awesome shoe.
