GoLite Flash Lite Running Shoe Testimonials

I’ve been trail and road running in this shoe for 4 weeks and am very happy with it. This is one of the few ‘zero-drop’ shoes currently available. If you want to change your running form to a midfoot gait and more ‘natural’ as barefoot, this is a great shoe to start with. It is very comfortable on the trails and has great traction.

Shoe rides smooth! I love this shoe. It is snug on my feet, the lacing took a bit to get used to but works! Arch support does make sense in this shoe, and helps to make the ride on the trail all the better.
