Curious news article from Mother Nature Network – researchers observed that high heels may even be better for your knees than running shoes. High heels interestingly do not cause some of the ankle twisting and strong impact to the knee that can happen with some running shoes. Of course, the high heels were more of a sidenote – the main conclusion from the study was that barefoot running shoes should gradually replace running shoes.
