| Dock | I ran almost 200 kms in these shoes and the bottom line is that they are definitely 5 stars. Although you can find lighter (Nike Lunaracer, Adizero Pro), they are still light shoes: mine, in size 11 US, weigh 230g. But they have more support and cushion in the heel than the Adizero Pro which are essentially designed for 10k races while the Adios are much more versatile, up to the marathon. Also, they are incredibly dynamic and give a quick rebound. The forefoot is wide enough for me while generally speaking I find the Nikes too narrow. |
