AdiZero Mana 5 Men Testimonials

This is without doubt an amazing pair of running shoes, especially for longer runs. I only started running this year and have been progressively improving frequency of run and capable distances. This was my first pair of serious running shoes (Low profile, light weight and limited cushioning height). I was initially hesistant about these kind of grounds these shoes can run on since it looked like a fairly flat shoe and the base felt spongey like (as if limited quality mileage). General runs were good in them , but obviously shouldn’t be used for shorter runs as they were designed for long run.
My other long distance shoe was the Nike Skylon 11, but they do not have the best of cushioning on the forefoot, so it will be capable of really hurting past 8 mile runs. After sitting myself over a month from Tendonitis – I decided to do a long run in the Adizeros and hope they can truly handle the long runs. Unexpectedly, I did my first half-marathon length run (13.15 miles) and my body was not really aching beyond the anticipated pain. The bases blown rubber was like a pair of spikes along the asphalt – never felt a slip along any part of the run. The ventilation/breatheability turned out to be rather impressive. Overall experience – this is definitely one of the best shoes I’ve encountered. |

I would put this shoe up there with the Garmin forerunner as the best product for runners. Not sure why but I can fly in these shoes. Not sure if its the lightweight or the low profile but it has been easy to meet my training objectives in long runs with theses shoes. A big booster to the mental aspect. I would add that the shoes have limited cushioning so I use on a limited basis for races and important training runs. Just ordered another pair for when the 1st ones have too much mileage. |
