WHAT MATERIALS ARE IN FIVEFINGERS?
The upper is made with a thin, abrasion-resistant stretch polyamide fabric. Our patented Vibram® sole is made from our TC1 performance rubber compound, it’s non-marking and provides excellent grip and ground feel in both wet and dry conditions.

CARE AND CLEANING
Vibram FiveFingers are machine washable. Use gentle, warm water cycle with liquid or powdered detergent. Hang to air dry.

HOW MUCH DO THEY WEIGH?
Men’s size 42:
Classic 5.3 oz. each, 10.6 oz. a pair
Sprint 5.6 oz. each, 11.2 oz. a pair
KSO 5.7 oz. each, 11.4 oz. a pair
Flow 6.6 oz. each, 13.2 oz. a pair

Women’s size 37:
Classic 4.25 oz. each, 8.5 oz.a pair

DO YOU MAKE WIDTHS?
FiveFingers use a stretch fabric upper that accommodates most medium and wide widths (up to EEE) comfortably, as our business grows we hope to offer more sizing options.

DO FIVEFINGERS FLOAT?
Only momentarily when dry, once thoroughly wet they lose their buoyancy and will sink.

CAN I USE FIVEFINGERS IN FAST MOVING WATER?
The Sprint, KSO and Flow offer secure hook and loop closures and can be used for a variety of water sports and activities. However, the original FiveFingers Classic should not be used in fast moving water. Because the Classic fits low on the foot, the water current or pressure can pull the product off of your heel.

WILL YOU MAKE ADDITIONAL SIZES?
All products are currently offered in sizes 40-47 for men and 36-42 for women. Smaller or larger sizes are occasionally offered in selected colors/styles.

ARE VIBRAM FIVEFINGERS A GOOD CHOICE FOR VEGANS?
Yes! Currently, every style and color of Vibram FiveFingers is made from vegan friendly materials. By the way, we also make dog toys for My Good Dog and we provide soles for Ruff Wear dog booties.

I WEAR ORTHOTICS. CAN I STILL WEAR VIBRAM FIVEFINGERS?
FiveFingers footwear is designed to promote better foot mechanics— naturally. An orthotic is an assistive device to support your foot’s function and help you compensate for any biological aberrations. If you have an extremely flat foot, you will need to work into wearing your FiveFingers® gradually, as your muscles will need time to adapt and strengthen.

CAN I USE MY ORTHOTICS IN MY FIVEFINGERS?
FiveFingers are designed to be worn directly against the sole of your foot. Putting something between the two would defeat their purpose.

CAN I WEAR FIVEFINGERS IF I HAVE WEBBED TOES OR SYNDACTYLY?
Unfortunately the design of FiveFingers does not accommodate webbed toes or Syndactyly. We are unable to make custom FiveFingers to fit specific foot needs.

DO FIVEFINGERS COME IN CHILDREN’S SIZES?
FiveFingers start at size 34 for women, which equates to an 8 & 1/8th inch foot length. This is too big for most children but many youth sizes can fit into our smaller women’s models. Select any model of FiveFingers to view our size conversion chart to see if your child’s foot can fit.

I received my VFF about a week ago,I took them out on a trail run,Got lost and ended up running about three hours, With no socks, On stones,In snow,I knew I would pay for that,But really I came out okay, Just a little soar,Than took the dogs up on a trail that was easier, For about two hours.Still not bad,Than 3 miles on pavement,A little soarness came back,Than a 12 mile run 4 good hills,With easy pace,But I ran the hills,I allwas push myself to hard,And I am paying for it now, But my heated foot tub is bringing me back fast, I wanted to run sat. Feb 6th in Nashville Preadators 5k,With VFFs,But I think I’ll wait a couple more weeks and let my feet get a little more use to them,But when I get use to them, Im gonna fly,Can really feel the difference on the hills,I just got the Chi Running book,Wich I love,And along with these Five Fingers, I am coming back to life at fifty six,Started back running 25th Dec,Ran first race New Years day 5k 8:00 Min. miles,Than Jan. 23 Calhouns 10 miler in 8 3/4 Min. per mile.I am trying to slow down a little,But once I get it in my blood,I have a hard time doing less than 50 60 miles per wk,Would love to do 100. Just finished Born to run,And that just made it worse,Great Book,I would love to do at least two races this year Barefoot,So if your thinking about VFFs,Just take your time,And you will learn to fly,And check out Chi Running,Nothing better,Watch some running on You Tube, Very Helpfull.And Happy trails Breeze
