Finding the Right Size Vibram Five Fingers
It’s important when ordering the Vibram Five Fingers Bikila LS that you get the right size shoe. Vibram uses the European shoe size system so you will need to measure your foot and use this conversion chart to find the right size for you.

Vibram Five Fingers recommends the following procedure for accurately measuring your feet:
- Stand with your heels flush against a flat vertical wall.
- Slide a ruler under each foot and measure the distance from the wall to the tip of the longest toe.
- Take the longer of the two foot measurements.
- If the the foot length varies more than 1/6 in. it will be difficult to get a precise fit for both feet.
- If your your second toe is more than 1/6 in. longer than your big toe it may be difficult to get a precise fit

just got these yesterday from shoemart.com. i got the KSOs last november and thought that a shoe couldn’t get any more comfortable…i was wrong. these are 10x more comfy than the KSOs. feels like a perfect mix of typical running shoe and fivefingers. a little more padding to make your feet feel like they’re wrapped in clouds….i’m serious they’re way comfy. i didn’t run in them yet, tomorrow i will test them out on a 6-mile run and update the review if i have anything remotely negative to say. update: run went great, a little harder to put on than the kso…..other than that still easily 5stars. |

I love my Bikila LS. Got them in the mail 2 weeks ago and used them for the Great Aloha Run. I’ll keep wearing my Bikilas, but I alternate them with the LS. The LS are much easier to put on and fit, and they fit me very well. I did pass another man who was wearing LS during the GAR. |

I love everything else about the Bikila LS!
I purchased the Bikila LS several weeks ago, and have had a chance to run several five mile trail runs in them so far (I live in a winter climate, but we had a few days of high 40s, so I was able to get out in them before it snowed again). I have been running in the KSO’s for almost two years previous to getting the Bikila LS. I would have to say that people with high arched/high volume feet may still have difficulty getting into them. I have a fairly low volume foot and didn’t find them much easier to get into than my stretched out KSO’s. But I love the laces for micro-adjusting the fit. And I love everything else about the Bikila LS so far. I can’t wait for the ground to warm up so I can get more use out of them. I do wish they had some brighter color options. But I settled for the grey/green. Sizing is comparable to KSO’s, just like recommended. |

If Vibram would make more styles in 48s, I’d have choices.
If Vibram would make size 49 or 50, they would see more!
