Finding the Right Size Vibram FiveFingers
It’s important when ordering the Vibram FiveFingers TrekSport that you get the right size shoe. Vibram uses the European shoe size system so you will need to measure your foot and use this conversion chart to find the right size for you.

Vibram FiveFingers recommends the following procedure for accurately measuring your feet:
- Stand with your heels flush against a flat vertical wall.
- Slide a ruler under each foot and measure the distance from the wall to the tip of the longest toe.
- Take the longer of the two foot measurements.
- If the the foot length varies more than 1/6 in. it will be difficult to get a precise fit for both feet.
- If your your second toe is more than 1/6 in. longer than your big toe it may be difficult to get a precise fit

I have been using these for a year now and here are the results:
…I love them
…no knee pain anymore.
…left ankle and top of foot has strengthened from years of sprains, a crushing injury, and yet re-injury.
…they can smell so I hand wash them weekly because…
…the wife hates them…
And I love them!
Problem with these is that the material inbetween the toes is to lightweight… In other words it will tear or wear in a few months. I have spoken to others with the same issue.. If are are doing trail running then these are rubbish…
I beleive this is a major fault that five finger needs to address as people are getting ripped off
